Working with children is my life and my mission.
I am a mother of 3 wonderful grown daughters and grandmother to 3 marvelous grandsons. I had an in-home daycare for ages birth – 12 for 19 years while homeschooling my own children, all three of which graduated and attended college. I went back to school and earned my teaching degree later in life, after my youngest child was almost through high school. I have been a substitute teacher, taught for 6 1/2 years in the public school system as a middle school teacher, and then began teaching at this school last year as the principal/head teacher.
Over the years I have also planned and lead out in Vacation Bible School for 6 years, I lead out in our Pathfinder and Adventurer clubs for 10 years+, and I taught Sabbath school for 15 years at all levels. I love working with and helping young people of all ages learn and grow spiritually and academically.
